Where can we set Classpath, which will reflect to whole domain?

WL_HOME\server\bin\setWLSEnv.cmd (on Windows)
WL_HOME/server/bin/setWLSEnv.sh (on UNIX)

We have to edit commEnv.sh or startWeblogic.sh scripts depending on our requirement. 
First one effects all the domains later effects only particular domain.
