If you are getting 404 means,
its file not found, may be the app which you are trying to access doesn't exist or your request goes to the server where that application is not available or in failed state,Check the ohs logs if u have ohs in front of the weblogic, or check the application status on all managed server in a cluster and check the weblogic logs as well.
The 404 or Not Found error message is a HTTP standard response code indicating that the client was able to communicate with the server, but the server could not find what was requested.
