    Hi,
    iam practicing the weblogic in windows platform, i can create the genric data source got an error is


    An error occurred during activation of changes, please see the log for details.
    Message icon - Error weblogic.application.ModuleException:
    Message icon - Error IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

    please let me know the above error
