Admin Server Starting Problem

I am facing problem while starting the admin server in weblogic. It is windows 7 machine. The moment when i start admin server, it is shutting down automatically. Here i have attached the domain and admin server log. 

Satheesh Kotla Use this command in Unix.... Nohup ./startweblogic.sh &
