Sriram Rudrala Server instances tmp folder contains the cache. After stopping the Server instance you can go removal of cache; remove the tmp folder. When ever you are going for new version of deployment to avoid conflicts with objects that were already in cache.

Ramesh Madhira In linux we have cache folder under MW_home/domain home/perticular domain/servers/perticular server/cache
