Admin mode
what are the possible reasons to start the server in Admin mode.

Some times when datasource is not configured correctly that server will stuck to admin mode when restarted.

WLS servers go into admin mode when there is a failure in WebLogic Server subsystems like jdbc datasource issue,jms,failed application etc..If your issue is with jdbc datasource then you can set the initial capacity to 0 so that wls wont create a connection pool with the database during the startup.

Sometimes tmp folder is fulled with .TMP files and .lok files . You need to remove that files and restart the servers. Path: /servers/tmp here u wil get those files
